I just saw this note from Airbnb which is popping up on the pricing page for each listing, giving us notice that Long TErm pricing methods are changing and we can now set them up as a discounted rate.
"On November 4, 2015, long-term pricing is changing
Right now, you set your long-term prices as a fixed amount. On November 4, 2015, you’ll set them as percentage-based discounts instead."
