Short term rental regulations in a number of CA cities

I found this online, thought I would share this useful information. Note that if you are in a city or region which has NOT YET developed short term rental regulations, it can help a lot if you provide your city/region with some of the regulations or studies that other cities have done. Cities may not know what to do, and if you can help get them started in a direction that is beneficial for hosts, all the better.
