This YouTube video news story suggests that at least one attorney thinks you have to go to court to evict a houseguest who overstays their welcome...even if they've only stayed 3 days!

I don't agree with this attorney's view and I have not heard of another attorney who has this view.. but keep in mind this pertains not to a short term rental, but to a nonpaying house guest.
