Here's an interesting twist...we have all seen the news articles about neighbors that are upset about an Airbnb house on their block, when the host doesn't have adequate control over its renters and there are repeat problems with noise and parties.
Sometimes such neighbors will take action with the city or even sue such a homeowner for the nuisance created.
But in this case, there's an unusual twist -- it's the Airbnb homeowner who is suing the neighbors, saying that their nastiness and signage and harassment of his home has actually caused harm in his attempt to sell his property.
So, neighbors beware, too much protesting of what your neighbor does with their property might get you sued for harassment in the form of "aggressive threats"
