I'm pretty sure that you cannot rent out your DORM ROOM on AIrbnb....try it and you might end up like this student:

University spokeswoman Ott said Friday the school contacted Airbnb and had the listing removed. She says the student remains enrolled at the Flagstaff-based university but is facing disciplinary action for violating school policy.
