State stops Sedona from requiring license for STR

The Republican state leaders of Arizona have cleared the way for homeowners to do short term rentals, and so they do not take kindly when cities try to set up obstacles to people doing STRs. Cities like Sedona, which is trying to require licensing to do short term rentals.
