There isn't as much info here as we all would like, but there is some that is helpful. For instance, I'm happy to know that I dont' have to waste my time making small changes in my listing or trying to update my calendar every single day just to try to stay ahead in search results. That always seemed like a waste of time and according to this article and Airbnb's blog, it is.
