Landlord fined after tenant-host rents 9 rooms to 34 guests....
Well this explains why landlords are not exactly hot on the idea of their tenants doing sublets via Airbnb.

"Conditions are imminently perilous to life" ??
I dont' quite buy that, particularly when it's not uncommon for refugees and immigrants to live in crowded conditions in apartments. I dont' see city governments evicting refugees and immigrants because of "conditions imminently perilous to life."
