I'm not surprised to hear that. Donna Boyer does not seem like very good choice for the position she's in of host liason because I don't get the sense she's someone who really represents hosts interests. Hosts when asked will have meaty, opinionated things to say and will not be shy with their criticisms and unhappiness with certain "improvements" they have been subject to. Donna doesn't represent that orientation at all. She seems too mealymouthed to be in the role she's in. Feels like just more "la-de-da" from Airbnb.
I think one of the difficulties is...it's hard to get someone to be really representative of host concerns and needs, who's being paid by Airbnb. Being paid by Airbnb puts you in the position of wanting to please Airbnb, of feeling loyal to Airbnb, and at times where Airbnb's interests do not mesh with hosts' interests, that mitigates against being able to represent hosts.
Really to have a real effective host liason, I think it needs to be someone not on the Airbnb payroll.

She is host liaison? She presented herself as product manager. That's a job needing creativity and fighting skills to get the ideas realised, but it's definitely a company representative. There is a summary of 10 answered questions and none of those answers were life. I compared them to Theresa May's statements. The English Prime Minister is world champion in saying nothing at all, people call her maybot, as she is like a broken robot. This airbnb lady writes similar statements- it's very annoying. The maybot called snap election with a short deadline, when she could expect a landslide victory, refused to discuss her opponent or meet any members of the public and reduced her majority from prognosed landslide, existing comfortable majority to just a bit more than the opposition. She clings on by taking in a crazy regional bunch of ultras. Counting hours now. The airbnb product manager creates the same frustration with her hollow answers. Absolutely the last type of personality they should send to present hosts with new products and get ideas. She should create curiosity and enthusiasm, not frustration.
