I have been an Airbnb host since 5 years now. At the beginning of my hosting experience I could manage all the necessities of both my listings and my guests because I had only 2 units back then. As the years passed and the number of my listings has increased to 11, I couldn’t keep up with all the management stuff and find a proper tool to ease my burden.
At that point, I started to develop my own mobile tool: Your Porter App
You can automate your guest communication via Airbnb, Email or SMS. Reservations from Airbnb, HomeAway (and soon Booking.com) can be imported automatically and synced to avoid double reservations.
Each week, I’m adding some new features.
The good part of it that this app is available on both iOS and Android. You can use it free of charge if you have only 1 listing.
