Airbnb is adding new security measures to protect host accounts, which are being hacked much too often and way too easily. www.theverge.com/2017/4/14/15308736/airbnb-multi-device-authentication-security-hackersPhishing scams are legion and way, way too many hosts are falling prey to these. When hosts accounts are hacked, criminals can set up fake listings on their accounts and lure guests to pay by wire transfers. Which too many are duped into doing. So Airbnb is finally adding multi-factor authentication to accounts, which has been standard on Facebook and google for some time.

Good idea to make it mandatory. I already get notifications if I log in from a new device or forgot to switch off private navigation. Maybe that will also reduce those guests with only one information verified?
