Greg Selden's class-action race discrimination lawsuit against Airbnb has been thrown out, as many of us predicted would happen.
The suit was tossed on the basis that Airbnb users have no right to sue Airbnb -- according to the terms of service they must use arbitration to resolve disputes with the company.

I'm waiting to see when AIrbnb boots Greg Selden from their site for abusing the system by creating fake profiles.
