Deborah, I am not a member of the CC so I don't know if i can post there but maybe someone could post to this woman that several of her photos have the forbidden caption text montaged over them. I suspected as much so I went checking through her photos and sure enough. I know that it was when I tried to do this early this year that my account was instantly suspended each time I did, and customer service is still not being informed about this prohibited action, so they keep calling it a mysterious error. IT does not communicate about it with CX. It may be that this host has experienced the same thing, and if she doesn't know why, it may very well happen to her again the next time she puts text in another of her photos. Can we let her know?

Grace -- did you mean the woman who posted this thread I gave the link to? That is not on the CC, it's on the AIrHosts Forum, which is an offsite, independent hosts forum like this one. IN this case, the woman who started this post (in June of this year) ended up having her listing reinstated, so the problem has been resolved. You are right that the issue could have been her text in the photos.
I really think that hosts who have their listing suspended "by accident" deserve a big apology from Airbnb, complete with a demonstration of apology -- such as a large travel credit, or something like that. It's not decent to do things like this to hosts without apologizing. THere is another host on another host group right now (one of the host FaceBook groups) who is having this same issue -- her listing has been suspended, and actually her entire account suspended so she can't use her Airbnb account -- with absolutely no explanation. When she inquires all she is told is that the matter is being handled by Trust and Safety and that they can't give her any information. It would be maddening to have that happen!!
