Received a short email link to a survey yesterday a "Airbnb's Research team is interested in learning how you feel about hosting business travelers."
it it was less about hosting biz travelers ( I LOVE THEM) and more about what the mechanisms are to let them into the space and then what is your backup plan for that.
slightly odd. Made me wonder if they are having issues with their biz friendly designation program or if they are looking to partner more fully with some other lock/entry company.
i see Airbnb looking to monetize more in future by not just selling space for travelers but by selling access to the host base to other companies for advertising. Watch for it!
