Alexandra shared on Anecdotes Jan 2015 www.airbnb.com/groups/content/content-103063Say what?! I received an inquiry today from a collage student for my place. She has a completed profile and wrote 3 paragraphs about her visit and party. Sounds good right? However, she stated in her e-mail that she is new to Airbnb yet her profile states she has been a member since 2013. I have two bedrooms for rent each with a queen bed to accommodate 2 people per room or 4 people total for both rooms and they are priced accordingly. Her inquiry stated her party consisted of 3 guests but in her e-mail she said there would be 4-5 in ther party. In a follow-up e-mail before I responded to her first e-mail she said " and we will only be needing one bedroom". Say What?! Declined. 3 comments•5 likes Follow Like Danny Salvia Lula and Larry Fleur, Dan and kids Milton Gonzalo Gonzaloa year ago You are always free to decline requirements. I do it often when I don't trust. Well done! Reply Like scott scotta year ago I reckon when the words 'college student' and 'party' appear in close proximity it's probably wise to decline.
