Hi all! We just put our appt up and I had a request a few hours later wanting to book it for a month!! I'm stoked but this guy's profile has NO detail whatsoever, not even a picture! I've asked him to elaborate on himself but should I be wary?
Any advice or experience you have is very appreciated!!!

Always be wary ! Ask lots of questions and assess you decision based on responses

Ask him to complete his profile . I have asked people to do this and have always had a positive response. It's not difficult to complete your profile . I did mine and I'm not that bright

Thank you Debi and Mario for your help. I did write him and asked him to fill out his profile and I asked him some questions about himself as well as answering questions he had for me. I would love it to go ahead so fingers crossed! Thanks again!

Exciting! It is better to have them verified although a few of mine were not and were fantastic! However they have the sole use of the house so I don't see them except for arrival. It is also exciting to receive your first payment!

There are new Guests arriving on the platform... just like new Hosts.
Just a matter of educating them properly and being polite and friendly about it. You'll find a good percentage of your Guests are going to be first timers.
