Dear Black Hole,
Apparently New User has no trouble verifying identity including linking with Google Plus and other services!
I've seen some greatness in the AirBnB IT Dev but this takes the CAKE!

Yesterday, I had a new user try to get verified. It took hours. I called CS because they asked her to upload a video, and she could not get it uploaded. After looking at what she had provided, I felt she only needed a photo, and a phone number. After 5 hours, we finally completed the booking. Grrrrr!!!!
