What are your guys views on getting the first guest?
Should you start with a ridiculous price to get the ball rolling? Any ideas?

Not ridiculous but a little lower. Maybe 15-20% cheaper

You are already very low 41€ for 4 people and that is for the whole house.! The whole house yet no photos of kitchen, lounge or bathroom. No rules? You may want to change that later on. "Your place looks beautiful to have a party in , I may invite 40 friends over !" I'll probably bring my 3 great danes with me too and wash them in that great pressured shower you mention (but no photo) " my husband can't come but my three young kids are going to love jumping on those gorgeous beds" Please Shadley take some time to re-read your listing quite frankly I fear for you.

O.M.G. The only rule is there are no rules. Holy moly Shadley, at that price point and the 'no rules' I am peering into my crystal ball and predicting a lot of posts from you in the hosting 911 forum! Please for your own sake, and your neighbours sake, please add some rules

I see a lot of excellent advice on here already, some of it from you, Raymond and Elaine! And on New Hosts Forum we have many helpful experienced hosts giving advice too, not just Andrew and I, though of course I appreciate the appreciation!
