how to deal with the early check-in?
How do you deal with guests who want extreme early check-in and late check-out but don't want to pay extra charge. This morning i got an inquiry from Sao Paulo Brazil and they want to check in at 8am and check out 9pm,but not expect to pay any extra.
I am still a newbie. Any veteran can give me some advice?
Thanks.

i don't think they will accept any extra charge. So i just suggest them to come to drop their luggage at our apartment at 8am and go to travel around in the city, and come back to check-in to the private room at around 2pm.

I don't accept them. It sounds like they want to get a free day out of you. Your daily rate seems extremely reasonable. I would be careful with hosting unreasonable guests- they can be trouble.

You have a beautiful listing- don't let demanding guests take advantage of your newness to Airbnb.
I would remove the part of your profile where you say you are new to hosting. This may be an invitation to savvy guests who like to take advantage of new hosts. It's implied you are new since your profile says since month and year you joined.
I would also "remove cheap" stay and replace with looking forward to hosting respectful guests who are looking for a budget friendly option.
I'm not sure if you allow back to back bookings but just something to consider- if you do- will
An hour give you enough time to prepare your place for the next guest?
Definitely add a security deposit! Otherwise if you get a bad guest and have to open a claim it makes it that much more difficult. Again an invitation to guests who will not have any consequences if they mistreat your property. At the very least it might make a bad guest be more mindful or book with another host who doesn't know better and doesn't have a security deposit listed.
Lastly, I would recommend adding a cleaning fee. Most guests expect to pay a cleaning fee. You want to make are you are covering your maintenance costs.

When I have a guest "tell" me that they'll be arriving early, I simply remind them that check-in is after 3p. Nothing more. You're skin may have to become a little thicker. You'll

Only if its convenient to you, allow them to drop their luggage off - although as you start to get more bookings that may not be possible if a current guest is in situ. Their demand for an extremely late check-out is unreasonable if they do not wish to pay extra. They are asking for an entire day. Again you can allow them to leave luggage somewhere convenient to you (not in the room) for collection at a time convenient to you.

You act like a hotel. If you offer it in the listing for free than you have to give if for free. If not, you have no obligation to do it and should not fret about it at all.
