Gay Porn King Sued
"A California AirBnB host and mansion owner is suing Andrei Treivas - aka Michael Lucas, the gay porn king of New York - for allegedly trashing her home after using it to shoot a hardcore adult film.
The owner, Kristina Knapic, is accusing the gay porn star of deceiving her into renting her house to him, stating Treivas rented the property under the false name of "Anna" and had initially told her that he was simply staying for a "summer vacation", The Daily Mail reports.
She is suing Treivas for several allegations including fraud, negligence, trespass, and breach of contract, and estimates that he caused an estimated $50,000 worth of property damage.
Trevias says it was none of her business that he was shooting porn film in her home
Knapic says she found fecal matter in the hot tub, semen and urine on surfaces around the house, sex toys, disposable enemas, hypodermic syringes, alcohol wipes, needles and even testosterone in the fridge.
"This is meant to be a romantic wedding venue and they came in and defiled it,'" she said.
"They broke one of the beds, the mattresses are toast and I've had to reject future reservations to clean it," she added. "If the next group came in and found used enema kits in the draw the Yelp reviews would finish me."
Treivas, however, says Knapic is unfairly blaming him for the damage.
"We are a very professional company and the house was spotless," Treivas told Daily Mail Online.
Moreover, Treivas admits to using the home to film porn, but says he did nothing wrong because the property did not have a clause that forbids commercial filming.
"It is none of her business what I was doing in her house and I don't feel I had to tell her," Treivas said.
He added, "She has taken all that garbage out of the trash and put it there. Someone else has damaged her house and she is targeting us because we are in porn. It's a cliche."
My three cents: I guess all hosts need another house rule,
