Number 4 'the treehouse' would be awful! I've seen this one mentioned several times but it never gets booked. You would seriously cook under that hot tin roof without insulation and it would be freezing in winter. And it's in a major bushfire area.

That's interesting feedback, Fleur -- I hadn't even thought of heat. I was thinking of coastal California weather but of course that doesn't apply there! THe treehouse certainly is gorgeous --- too bad it doesn't get booked. Yes, it would be cold in winter -- maybe spring and fall are the times to go.
