Ahhhhh. After a few less than perfect guests recently, one that was difficult to communicate with, showed up late, marked down the overall experience, value, cleanliness, etc, complained about things totally disclosed in description, etc -making us feel like not doing Airbnb anymore, we thankfully got those wonderful, perfect, super appreciative guests that heal you from the hurt of the nasty, unappreciative guests.
These guests were communicative and actually showed up on time! Instead of complaining and marking down our value, they marveled about how much better it was. They left the space in immaculate condition, they messaged us to say it was their best Airbnb experience ever. They left us a glowing, marvelous review stating that our listing is "a steal", that we are way underpriced for the value, that everything was far better than expected, etc....
And these guests, I didn't even do anything extra for! Like bake a birthday cake, as I do for so many guests who don't even seem to care about the extra effort.
I wish all guests were this appreciative! It makes such a huge difference....
