Some hosts are being approached by Airbnb, asked to be "Airbnb Experts" and help Airbnb users with questions. Till and Jutta of Germany were among those approached and asked if they wanted to be Airbnb experts. They posted about this here (post will be accessible once the new Airbnb groups open to all in a few days) community.airbnb.com/t5/Gastgeber-sein-allgemein/Experte-der-Airbnb-Gemeinschaft/m-p/1324#U1324I obtained a poor translation of their German language post through Google Translate: Expert of the Airbnb community Five months ago we received a notification, but we should apply as "#Experte" for Airbnb members support. The "experts" are giving no Airbnb employees but members of the information to the best of my knowledge and belief against a small fee. Is quasi the next level of support (for this group), and before a #Problem to the actual #Support is escalated. Work equipment is probably a special app (Directly), ie one learns about his clever pocket phone from a problem, tapping his advice in there. And that is the crux of the matter for us: If we could solve the problems at rest on the PC, that would be interesting. But the Tipperei mice on a piano comes to us not in question.
