Take Adrienne Floreen, for instance. She's created this YouTube video showing herself inspecting a property that someone made the mistake of letting her stay at, and reveals herself to be a bit of a nutcase, and definitely someone you do not want in your property, IMHO. And by the way, that is NOT black mold in the video....
Beware the guest who wanders through your entire property seeking a plunger, goes into the basement, and acts as though it's not a basement but a living space. And then posts a video they took of your property on YouTube without your permission.
