More, I did not realize that, as this article indicates, only 7% of board positions at companies nationwide, are women. I am in general not a fan of applying superficial diversity mandates to any corporation or environment, since the way we're currently viewing diversity is IMHO too shallow -- it's only diversity of physical characteristics, mostly. Whereas, the real diversity that matters, is often ideological diversity, that can help stimulate a company or agency to think along new lines...and in the case of Airbnb, I think many of us would agree that would mean, thinking about being more sensitive to hosts.
