Airbnb did a thing that supports hosts...in the host-guest relationship.
Apparently there is a policy that guests can only cancel 3 times a year, penalty-free. Similar to the policy for hosts actually. If a guest has more than 3 cancellations per year (which seems like a lot for someone who hardly travels) then they dont' get a refund of their service fees paid to Airbnb for the 4th and subsequent cancellations.
