Hi Damion,
Greetings.. and congrats on the listing. Your apartment is beautiful. However you need to get Airbnd photographer to snap the pictures and your room highligt. You need to take more picture your surrounding complex and entrance as well. Key word is,clean and homely.
Thanks
Dane

Your description is minimal. Is it a room in a hotel? Because from the photos that's what it felt like. You also have no introduction. Remember a person is staying with you or renting your space.

If the hosts are shirtless in their profile, I'll assume and hope they stay that way for the duration of my stay.

Congratulations on uploading your unit!
You can check how many views you are getting by looking at your calendar on the full site. Statistics will appear at the top of that page.
Good luck. :-)

Hi Damion... give it a time....i do remember when i start. it took me several months to kick off. Be patient. All it takes just 1 review..the rest history.

I also recommend that you specify check in/out times - very important if you do same-day changeovers. House Rules should at a minimum specify your policies on smoking and additional guests/visitors. If there are any restrictions on the use of pool and gym, add those too. A security deposit is essential, especially for Entire House listings - if damage occurs, you have no means to get compensated without it (Airbnb's Host Guarantee only covers extreme circumstances, and even then there's a lot of fine print).
The display of pageviews isn't all that up-to-date - mine is only backdated to 5 days ago. It might take a week or so before a picture emerges of how much attention your listing is getting.
