This is my house manual. This full version is printed and given to each guest in a spiral notebook with each page in its own plastic cover. You will see an index to the manual, all of the pages, instructions for emergencies and an optional page a guest can use to give me their emergency contact information. I present an abbreviated version in my online listing.

Please help me to keep a clean, quiet and

No street shoes.
No smoking.
No guests.
No food or beverages (except water) outside of the
kitchen and dining areas.
Turn off lights, fan (bathroom) and television
when you leave a room.
To avoid disturbing alarm sensors, do not
open or close windows.
Keep a quiet presence from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
$25.00 fee for lost key.

Do NOT park in the lot on XXXXX. All spaces are assigned to tenants.

Take care of your key. There is a $25.00 fee for lost key.

BREAKFAST AND KITCHEN
When you arise, there will be coffee or tea, cereal, milk, fresh fruit and baked goods in the kitchen for you. Enjoy them at your leisure.
Feel free to bring home your leftovers from dining out or snacks and beverages and store them in the kitchen.
Cooking is not permitted. You are welcome to reheat in the microwave and use the dishes.
Please wash any dishes that you use.
The large bin is for trash. The small bin is for glass, plastic and can recycling.
THE LIVING ROOM
CABLE TELEVISION (IN THE LIVING ROOM)
Please enjoy the television in the living room. My cable service offers TV shows, movies and even music if you venture into the channels in the 400s! Turn on the small black remote (TV), medium black remote (surround sound) and the silver remote (cable channels) and you’ll be in control!
THE LOFT
Feel free to venture up to the loft. It's a great space for reading, doing computer work, relaxing or watching television.
CABLE TELEVISION (IN THE LOFT)
The Vizio remote operates the television on/off and volume. The Comcast cable remote operates the cable box for channel selection.
PRINTER (IN THE LOFT)
Feel free to use the printer for occasional, small jobs.
