Haha, but that would be easy during your holidas, Andrew. I do that regularly, so I fell for the teaser mail too. There is another tiny little condition: you need a very high star rating average and in this case, it's not indicated as calculated over one year only.
My business travelers were always happy, but over the years I took some tourists in between, that left their small town suburb for the first time. No chance to get that average 3O % up by applying just a few touches ;-)
It's a crazy supposition. In Summer I get tourists for my shared room bed, but otherwise I have mostly business travelers. Airbnb seems to think only people who have access to the travel lounge at the airport are business travelers.

I got the email too, telling me I was tantalizingly close to being 'business ready', if only I had stuff like wifi and a hairdryer. I do, and I am already 'business ready'.

I have had repeat business customers who like staying at a private home over a hotel. One said that when on the road all the time, it's nice to have some companionship. One gentleman specifically picked my house because I have dogs! He said he missed his. I am thinking that, once again, airbnb rolled out a new feature without asking the user what would they like.

That's the problem with AI: it's only as intelligent as the programmers are ;-)
