This is a very stupid idea.
I really wonder who is sitting in on these brainstorming meetings at Airbnb HQ.

I wonder how the neighbors will know it's an airbnb rental and not just some rental.
It's not indicated if we get another link in the profil besides red-flag the host to airbnb a yellow flag the host's guests. Maybe with a scale like in the "I have a problem with a guest" form: I'm worried for the host's apartment / I'm worried for my own safety / Please send police / Please send the paratroopers.
Or else, can they just generally complain to airbnb that on main street No 3 they are suffering from noise. Please contact all your hosts from main street 1 to 5 to send them running home for checks. Should be nice if it's the owner's party.
What else it did not say, what the consequences are: Will the host get a slap on the fingers for worrying his neighbors? Will the guest get a warning: all insurance and deposit claims are no considered proven whatever they are?
Is it just me or do these kinds of announcements seem as concrete as seings of the Loch Ness monster?
