Sorry for the delay, for a reason I didn't get the notification from your message.
I saw that someone in my team helped you already, I am glad you decided to use Payfully!
I want to clarify that we don't charge any extra fees. Once a host creates a Payfully account, he/she will be able to see all the future bookings with the offer we have per booking, including the fee.
Let's say you have a booking of $1000 that you need in advance. You will see in your Payfully account, an offer for $960, which means a fee of $40. That means we would send $960 to your bank account and once Airbnb pays for the reservation, you would need to pay us back $1000, so the only fee for you would be $40, nothing more.
