Hi All,
I have 2 past reservations that are not included in my total payouts or counted as total income. Another is from a guest who had to cancel and realizes my "strict" policy means she has to pay minus cleaning costs (2 days ago). How do I address this? To whom do I address this?

HI Roro To clarify -- did you get paid for those reservations, and they are just not showing up in past payouts, or did you not get paid for those reservations at all? You will need to contact Airbnb customer service. Go here to find the number: globalhosting.freeforums.net/thread/14/phone-number-contact-airbnb-usaANytime you dont' get paid by about 3-4 days after the reservation start date (you are supposed to get paid 1 day after start date) then you need to call customer service.
