The judge in this case says what needs to be said in so many cases where city governments are picking on "the little guy" and blaming us for a giant systemic problem that existed for decades before we invited guests into our homes.
“Skip Karol is is not responsible for causing, or for alleviating, the city’s housing shortage,” the judge wrote. “So in sum, I say, ‘Leave the poor guy alone.’”
