This is the kind of story no host wants to hear....a young child almost drowned at a Phoenix AZ Airbnb listing. www.azfamily.com/news/year-old-boy-in-extremely-critical-condition-after-nearly-drowning/article_344316b8-c2e3-11e9-ba24-1b0156752db8.htmlGiven what we've read in many host community groups about guests lying about who they are bringing, and bringing children in violation of host's rules prohibiting kids, it is possible that this family did not disclose they were bringing a child, or brought a child in violation of hosts' rules. What would happen then? I don't know if this is the case in this instance, but the news story does indicate that "the family were in the pool past their check out time" which shows a failure to abide by hosts' rules.
