Peter shared in AUG 2015 Tip of the Week PROBLEM: You need to speak to Customer Support of a company. You spend a long time on their website digging around for the toll free number (or any number). When you call, you spend another eternity on the phone tree ("Press 1 for English, Press 3 for Accounts, Enter your account number" etc). After another eternity, you hang up in frustration. SOLUTION: A website called GetHuman gethuman.com/ solves the problem. Enter the company name, and it will give you the customer service toll free number right away, together with the numbers to press to get a real person without having to hear all the phone tree messages. Alternatively, and this is what I really like, enter your own phone number and the company's Customer Support rep will call you. No more endless hold music. I tried with Airbnb. I entered my cell phone number. Within minutes, a nice Airbnb Customer Support guy named Dave rang me back. You're welcome. Peter. Alessandra: Thank you for pointing this out to us!
