This just isn't right....that Airbnb requires hosts to take not only true Service Animals, but also Emotional Support animals, which are NOT service animals under the law. www.airbnb.com/help/article/1869/what-is-an-assistance-animalAirbnb is stating that the only real exemptions or exceptions to this would be in a shared listing where the host has sensitivities/allergies. There seems to be a complete lack of consideration for the fact that many hosts offer listings which are marketed to those allergic to animals, and that once a service animal or emotional support animal stays in such a listing, it can no longer be made available to those allergic to animals. In other words, by unethically imposing someone on you who clearly is in violation of your house rules, Airbnb essentially causes permanent damage to your property, which it will not be compensating you for.
