THis should be of interest to hosts who often complain that guests damaged something of theirs at the listing, but after submitting a request for reimbursement, the host is denied any reimbursement payment. This happens often, to read the host community groups posts on this sort of thing. So to see a guest being required to pay for something they claim they didn't break, seems unusual to say the least.
