Airbnb gives $150 to delivery drivers to sign up as hosts

I'm not sure how this makes much sense, except as self-advertisement, but AIrbnb is going to give $150 to union delivery drivers to sign up as hosts.

Given that they already pay people to sign up their friends as hosts, I'm not sure what the difference is here, except more PR for them.
