Airbnb makes 48 hr grace period mandatory

Airbnb first allows us to voluntarily add 48 hr grace period for guests...now they make it mandatory.

This is how Airbnb seems to work. With many of their changes for hosts and listings, they have first made a certain policy or practice optional...like Instant Book. Like offering certain amenities. Like offering a 48 hr grace period for bookings.

Then later that policy is no longer optional, it's now mandatory.
