For hosts like the girl financing her mortgage, it would be easier to have airbnb implement 120 days cap. I could live with that as well. Raise the rate, no IB, maybe offer paid for dinner and I could make enough.
The professional @disguised hotel services” should disappear. That would bring prices for housing down and end the tax avoidance by these professional investors. As long as airbnb does not implement the law, to block after 120 days, they go on as usual and the town has to hunt everyone and nobody can make plans.
