Usually I do my best to refrain from leaving not so pleasant reviews, as guests who know how to respond usually are all put out, make up stuff, or call the host a liar and worse (like we hosts have nothing better to do then make up stories), anyway, Yeehaw!! here is one that pretty much matched what I had written.
Review from me:
“I found it quite a mystery, as well as disturbing how one couple could use 10 white bath towels per day and still destroy the white bedspread totally stained with dirt.”
Review from another host:
“they are good people, except for the fact that went through our closet of beddings and towels and got the towels from our next guests for themselves. especially after we showed them which other towels they could use in case they needed extras. they also left the room with a lot of wrappers from food and trash. unfortunately not a very good experience”
This is the first time I've seen two reviews that match.
My entertainment of the day, perhaps two thumbs down for these guests.

That must be satisfying, Rhonda, when you see that your assessment of the guest is validated. I generally don't accept any guests with "questionable" or critical reviews ...but I get matching in another sense when my positive review matches another hosts' positive review. I have on rare occasions had your experience of matching negative reviews. Like with the guest who managed to lose/not find/not see my address on her reservation form, and then her phone battery died, so she never arrived at my house. Turned out she'd done that number before.
I wondered whether she also did before what she said she did in my neighborhood=== she spent the night on one of my neighbor's front porches. Gaaaaawd!!

Aloha Deborah, This review was after the fact. Guest had no previous reviews. I was just snooping around to see if the guests had responded to my review, and found the other review. I typically get all the newbies, but it seems the most troublesome guests were dearly loved by other hosts. That is what surprised me so, to finally find one that matched.
