This totally sounds like the "Wacko" female guest I had.
Airbnb did not back me up what so ever, except to release funds a week after check-in and her going MIA.
She did not leave me a review, I left her's:
"Disturbing, Disruptive, and Destructive...Hosts Beware!!"
She personally emailed me (business card info)
"My only response was I did nothing wrong, and never felt 'safe' until I got out of airbnb", the name of her attorney in Kansas to contact for retribution since I live in a 5 mil house.
Dang!!!!! my whole opinion of appraisers and real estate has changed immensely.
My final thought on this guest is that she must be in the Federal Witness Protection Program for "hard drugs", as everything was hush hush on airbnb side, plenty of buckolas to pay for the room, and I did take the time to do a quick Google search which only came up with a town with the same name of a house that burnt down.
Gotta go with the gut and forget the bucks, if possible.
Airbnb sure is turning it's back on the hosts in it's quest to become the next most used Ramada lister.
