"How to remove a nightmare guest without any penalties"
I just came across this great blog, where an Airbnb host demonstrates how he was able to get a guest removed from his house, without any penalties from Airbnb. I think this is a good model and instructive for anyone who might find themselves in this situation.
What do you think of this article? Note that the host was extremely polite to the guest and very accomodating -- really more so than most of us would be, given the level of unreasonableness of such a guest. I know that I would find it difficult to be that polite and accomodating to an unreasonable, very whiny guest who for goshsakes was complaining that they couldn't sleep because the faucet was dripping. (Gee, just put a sponge under the faucet tap!! )
