That sounds about like what this is - a renter whose lease doesn't permit her to do any subletting, who is an Airbnb host anyway, who got in trouble therefore, and who is now looking for ways to make her landlords' life miserable. I think the moral of the story is: "Let me violate the rental agreement...or else!!"
