Could not open the link on the phone, but it's just another turn of the wheel. When we wanted to buy a small hotel in France, it still had small common areas on every floor in addition to the lobby, breakfast area etc downstairs. In the family pension I grew up, the guests could eat cold snacks in the kitchen or prepare tea. (No chance to cook for anyone in the house. The aunt in charge would take over immediately). The guests could roam the garden, pick some fruits and get a smile, pick some green peas and get scolded like the kids.
