SAN ANGELO, TX - The debate on whether short-term rentals should be approved continued Thursday evening at the McNease Convention Center. “The traffic, the trash, the noise, the quality of life…” Those were just a few of the issues many got to voice their opinions on when it comes to short-term rentals. Dozens of residents were able to express their concerns to the city. If you’re not familiar with this, a short-term rental is a stay that’s no longer than 30 days. The city says they’ve seen an increase in these, especially around the Lake Nasworthy area. Final approval will be sought at the city council meeting next Tuesday. www.myfoxzone.com/news/local/city-to-further-discuss-short-term-rentals/385854137
