Ha CC!
I've been threatening myself to find a jungle to hermit myself without bugs.
You state you have good pest control.
I'll buy a tent at Wally World, and you can rent me a space in your jungle like your neighbor for $10 per night or whatever.
I'm still obsessed with that train, seen your posted pictures, and still can't see it.
I'm attempting to downsize, so if my car is repairable, and ever gets out of the shop, I'll probably just opt for a bicycle.
Potential Guest question: "How long bike ride to beach?"

You should come to Memphis for real, Aloha Rhonda. You can fake it for awhile in my $10 tent & then go spend a luxurious night at Juliet's! 🛤

Aloha Patricia, Yes, they have re-added it to the itinerary along with the house rules and house manual. You can see it when you click on your reservations, then click print or change and it comes up for all to see. I request them to print it out, and especially it arrives in their language of choice. No excuses there. Ia Orana Rhonda That's what I thought, because I had all the information in my (host) booking confirmation. But when the guests showed me their booking confirmation the directions were missing. I don't think that hosts and guests receive the same booking confirmation. Which makes sense, since the hosts conformation includes the information with the host service fees and pay out amount and I assume the guests confirmation will show the guest service fees and the total amount to be paid. So there really is no way to be sure exactly what information ABnb sends to the guest, unless I double check with the guest.

Aloha Patricia, I remember towards the end of the year the information was missing from the itinerary. I just checked one of my past trips from May 2016 and the driving directions and house rules were stated. Due to excuses why people have gotten lost, ended up smashing their rental cars attempting to drive down a dirt gully instead of my paved road; I have inquired and asked to see some of my guests itineraries (just being nosy), as I request they print them out upon receipt of confirmed reservation, and my theory was correct. If they would print it out as requested, it is all printed in their language of origin. I'm over excuses. My latest review which hasn't popped up yet is from the lovely little girl who ran into my front porch pillar with only one other car parked in the big ass driveway. Everything was fine.....too many tourists. Hummmmm....she didn't have to share a bath, one whole level of the house, or the driveway; certainly that part of the review could have been left in a National Geographic survey regarding Most and Least amount of tourist population when considering traveling.
