I once had a conversation with customer service after a real PITA guest informed me by phone that he would be arriving early, at 2 am. I said no, but he showed up anyway and I had to call csx. Maybe I've told this story before.
anyway, the woman I spoke with at csx, noting that the guest's name was Arabic, said "it's always them that cause the problems." Cringe.
(We've had loads of great Arabic guests.)

How ironic, Shaun. Just goes to show a couple things I guess -- one being, that as a wise man once said, when you want to clean a cup, start by cleaning the inside of the cup. Second being, that people are people...and...whatcha gonna do?!?!? It is a rather large project for any one company to try to "fix" an issue that is essentially endemic to humankind, and probably has been since the dawn of time.
