Hi I had 2 guest check out last Thursday and Friday last week. But haven't receive email to review the guest, has anyone else had this problem?

It's only via the dashboard under my inbox to either leave one, or I've received one.

Have you checked on your account? Don't rely just on the email-- assume that there are glitches in the system from time to time -- and go to your dashboard and look under "reviews" -- and then click on "my reviews" and there should be options there for you to do the reviews. If not call Airbnb.
