here's the full story in case the link doesn't work
I need to vent, and hopefully a lurker from Airbnb might see this and inbox me.
Disc: Using significant others account to post so I can use the computer.
So far this girl has come onto me and was denied. Come onto a second guest who I wasn't able to warn off and fucked at 2 am the night of her check in with a guest who had just checked in with me that day. That next morning she went into a guest room without knocking to wake up the guest she had sex with.
Instead, she woke up the other paying guest in the same room.
She's left the doors open to the apartment several times causing the heat to operate constantly.
I had ONE rule about the second bathroom we have, and that is to not use the sink because we are replacing it. Not a huge deal for hosting as I have two full bathrooms and they are only 30 seconds walk apart. Not only did she use the sink, but left it on until it went down through the first floor walls into our medicine cabinet, but also down and into the basement.
I was half convinced she was on some sort of amphetamine because she's been trying to fuck every male here but my girlfriend is convinced she's just super drunk. She also downed 2/3 of an entire 1.5 liter bottle just last night.
She might be a super sweet girl, but she hasn't been sober for me to know. Ive never had anything but great or okay interactions with Airbnb. Ive literally tried talking to her three times. She has got to go.
And now, the latest letter ive submit to Airbnb.
She was sleeping all yesterday with a hangover, and was up most of the night puking. I found my front door unlocked, the front door open, and talked to her about it and was told she wouldn't leave my door open. Then an hour later I find the door left open again. She is obviously messed up on some kind of drug, keeps coming downstairs, opening the fridge and looking around, then going back upstairs. This has happened 4 times in the last two hours.
I do not believe at all I should have to forfeit a dime in asking her to leave. She is breaking the terms of my contract which renders it null and void in my book.
I have two bathrooms in the location, and the sink on one of them is broken pending a plumber tomorrow. It's not a big deal since I have a second bathroom 30 seconds away, literally. I just told people you can take showers upstairs or use the toilet, but don't use the sink. I go up there today after finding leaking water inside my bathroom downstairs and go upstairs to find the door wide open (she is the only guest on that floor) and find that the sink handle is broken off with the water running on low, underneath my sink is full of water, and it's all leaking downstairs through the walls into the first floor AND the basement.
I need information on filing a claim with the Airbnb Host Guarantee. I have fulfilled my end of the deal, I cleared my listing for her and will likely be unable to get new guests. She has broken nearly every rule I do have, lied to me, is on drugs/intoxicated, and has now damaged my property. I have over 130 reviews, I have had darn near 200 various guests and never have I ever had something like this happen. I don't want to hear an apology anymore, I want to hear about answers.
Please call me anytime of day or night. I don't care if it's 3 am in my time zone. I'm going to post this in /r/airbnb on Reddit as well in hopes of attracting someone sooner.
XXX
p.s. Before I was able to send this she came back down and did the refrigerator thing and just propositioned another male guest.

I posted a comment on Reddit. I think it shouldn't have escalated to this point. I hope this never happens to any of us!

What a nightmare Michael. I would just lock her out. Have you received an answer from AirBnB? They should have someone come over and help you evacuate her! Hard to go to the police, though maybe you will have no option! :-(
